Several hundred labs around the world are using ProteoWizard within their development processes and computational workflows. We'd like to thank the many users who have contributed feedback to the project. We also thank the TPP team for their ongoing support.
Dario Amodei | Mallick Lab Dario contributed to benchmarking, and now is doing a lot of work with Skyline's DIA implementation. |
Robert Burke | Mallick Lab, USC CAMM Rob works on mspicture, the ProteoWizard pseudo-2D gel image creation tool. In addition, he has been working on our mzIdentML implementation. |
Matt Chambers | Tabb Lab, Vanderbilt Matt has been driving the development of a lot of the core of ProteoWizard and Bumbershoot. Initially in the Tabb Lab, he most recently has been working with Bing Zhang. |
Michael Doshi | Stanford University Michael is a senior at Stanford studying computer science and is the web designer. |
Jarrett Egertson | MacCoss Lab, Department of Genome Sciences, University of Washington Parag hooked me on proteomics back in 2006 and it's been a great ride ever since. I work on the development of instrumentation, acquisition methods, and analytical tools for targeted data independent acquisition (DIA) approaches. I have developed algorithms for handling multiplexed (MSX) DIA data that are currently implemented in Skyline and will eventually be implemented directly into the Proteowizard data-access layer. |
Kate Hoff | Mallick Lab, USC CAMM Kate was previously a bioinformatics analyst in Mallick lab. Now, she's the Department Chair of Mathematics Northfield Mt. Hermon. |
Darren Kessner | Stanford University & USC CAMM Darren is responsible for the design of ProteoWizard, and the initial implementation of the libraries and tools. Previously a software developer in Mallick lab, Darren completed his Ph.D in genetics and is now teaching computer science at Marlborough School. |
Brendan MacLean | MacCoss Lab, University of Washington Brendan works in the MacCoss Lab at the University of Washington, and has been developing Skyline, a Windows client application for building SRM/MRM methods and analyzing the resulting mass spectrometer data. |
Parag Mallick | Stanford University, USC CAMM Parag is the PI of the ProteoWizard project and President of the ProteoWizard Software Foundation. |
Brian Pratt | Insilicos Brian is responsible for integration of ProteoWizard into the Trans-Proteomic Pipeline. |
Natalie Tasman | Insilicos Natalie provided critical early feedback on integrating ProteoWizard with the Trans-Proteomic Pipeline, and has contributed vendor data reading code to ProteoWizard. |
